Lorraine has helped us with everything from a Nile cruise to around the world and has always been there when needed. She goes the extra mile and gets back to us right away.

When I was considering a BIG overseas trip for my family I reached out to Lorraine for her input since I was aware she had planned some big trips for several close friends. Lorraine was very quick to respond to my request for feedback and answered my many questions with kindness and patience. This was a big deal because I was asking her for advice about a trip that had been already planned for another family member by an overseas company! Never once did Lorraine hesitate to share her vast knowledge and input on the trip that was proposed even though there was no financial benefit for her to do so. This is such a rarity in today’s day and age - to work with someone who really loves what she does and prides herself on providing an excellent customer experience no matter what the outcome might be for her. My conversations with Lorraine evolved over a number of days and after I made the decision to go forward with the trip we started talking about travel insurance and how best to protect my investment and the well being of my family while overseas. We had a wonderful time in Spain and Portugal. Lorraine made sure that we had the best guides for our tour of all the art museums. The guides had master degrees in art. Lorraine! What a fantastic trip! We loved every single minute and our room was to die for. Seriously. Next level care and comfort. We loved Bermuda too. Water as clear as can be and we snorkeled, went on a midnight cruise to see a shipwreck in a glass bottom boat, drank too much rum, ate too much food, saw Footloose, Elements, comedy show, magic show, played laser tag, gambled-it was a trip to remember and we can't thank you enough for all of your help. I could not have planned a more perfect vacation. The communication regarding expectations, excursions and the premise behind this way of travel was communicated from beginning to end. Lorraine was so knowledgeable regarding the areas we would be travel right down to what to pack. We did not have any areas of worry or concern and quickly realized this was what we were missing in our lives. The convenience and the memories superseded by expectations . A friend suggested I contact Lorraine to help us book a last minute cruise. The best decision ever. Lorraine did everything for us, we just pretty much showed up for the cruise and everything was arranged.
